This new Deck and Roof in Holland Park is an amazing example of Adaptit’s commitment to quality. The owners of this home are renovating an existing deck that was a long way past it’s use-by-date. To do this we demolished the existing deck and replaced it with a new one, 1.5 times larger!! With 180 degree views to our awesome Brisbane Skyline, this house is crying out for a remarkable Deck. Decks and Patio areas are the number one luxury item that potential House buyers are looking for when inspecting new homes. Not that these owners are looking to sell, however, it is always good to know that your investment in your homes entertainment area is a smart one that will pay off one day. We utilised our Stratco Cooldek Roofing to cover the Kwila Deck with a nice side and front overhang. To reduce ongoing maintenance, we installed powdercoated tubular handrails on all sides in the house feature colour – cottage green. This project began with our 3-D design process and the owners could see what their deck would look like before they made any decisions.
